The Valorant Champions Tour 2022 EMEA Challengers kicks underway today, with the region’s best teams vying for a place in the Playoffs. The Group Stage saw the advancement of twelve teams, who were separated into two groups. The top three teams from each group will advance to the Playoffs, where they will compete for a spot in the Valorant Masters in April.

Valorant Champions Tour 2022 EMEA Challengers Format

The event’s Group Stage will include twelve North American teams. aLSO, Sentinels, Envy, Cloud9, and 100 Thieves were the four teams that qualified directly for VCT 2021 based on their performance.

Evil Geniuses, Pittsburgh Knights, Luminosity, and Rise qualified via Open Qualifiers 2, while Version1, XSET, NRG, and The Guard qualified from Open Qualifiers 1. For the Group Stage games, these 12 clubs have been divided into two groups of six.
